The Golden State Warriors had a strong showing in the 2022-2023 NBA Summer League, going 4-1 in their five games. Two players, in particular, stood out: Lester Quinones and Gui Santos.

Quinones, a 6'5" guard out of Memphis, led the Warriors in scoring, averaging 21.0 points per game. He also averaged 5.0 rebounds and 3.0 assists per game. Santos, a 6'8" forward out of Brazil, was second on the team in scoring, averaging 18.0 points per game. He also averaged 6.0 rebounds and 2.0 assists per game.

The Warriors' other top performers in the Summer League included:

  • Patrick Baldwin Jr.: 12.0 PPG, 6.0 RPG, 3.0 APG
  • Ryan Rollins: 10.0 PPG, 4.0 RPG, 3.0 APG
  • James Wiseman: 9.0 PPG, 5.0 RPG, 2.0 BPG

The Warriors' success in the Summer League is a positive sign for the future. The team has a number of young players with potential, and they showed flashes of that potential in Las Vegas. If the Warriors can continue to develop their young players, they could be a contender in the NBA for years to come.
